We provide bush regeneration, revegetation, and event facilitation services for councils, organisations, public landholders, and private landowners.
Environmental Services
Bush Regeneration
We restore and protect Sydney’s unique native ecosystems, from remnant bushland to highly disturbed urban sites.
We use best-practice ecological techniques to support the natural recovery of local flora and fauna, including targeted weed control, ensuring healthy, resilient landscapes for wildlife and the community.
Revegetation
We have successfully re-established native trees and shrubs in urban and bushland areas. Our revegetation services include site assessments, supply of plants and materials, on‑site logistics, native species planting, and targeted weed control.
We have planted over 300,000 trees (tube stock) in 6 years and achieved a survival rate of 87% for our plantings.
Event Facilitation
We have been delivering events since 2014 and have a large volunteer network. We can manage your event from start to finish, providing everything from promotion and administration to tools, training, supervision, catering, and more.
Our staff hold First Aid and CPR qualifications and Working With Children Checks.

Our Restoration Team
The Restoration Team is the on-ground arm of Greater Sydney Landcare, a not-for-profit charity working towards resilient landscapes and connected communities across our region.
Restoration Team members are qualified with Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, and understand Greater Sydney’s soils, plant community types, and native and introduced species.
This combination of on-ground and specialist expertise ensures every project is practical, ecologically sound, and tailored to client needs.
We are a membership-based registered charity, connecting like-minded people in restoring Greater Sydney’s natural environment.
Any profits generated are reinvested to help fund volunteer and community‑led conservation programs.
Our Clients
Our clients include councils, parklands, universities, hospitals, golf clubs, private landowners, not-for-profit organisations, and private businesses.
In 2023, Greater Sydney Landcare partnered with Western Sydney University to plant 30,000 native trees over three years at the Hawkesbury Campus. Greater Sydney Landcare contributed bush regeneration expertise to stabilise soils and manage weeds, while Western Sydney University mobilised a strong volunteer workforce. This partnership delivers community and environmental benefits, from connecting people through tree planting to cooling the surrounding area and mitigating urban heat.
